For each Disease on the opponent, Mileena's Lethal Blow Chance increases by 3%. On the 5th stack, Poison is applied to the opponent for 10sec. and their unblockable attack chance decreases by 20%.
MK1 Mileena can transform into Tarkat form by spending 0.8 power bars and gain Tarkat Hunger for 9 sec. During it Mileena vampirizes 40% of Basic Attacks damage, her X-Ray is disabled, and the opponent can't tag-out.
When Tarkat Hunger ends, Mileena transforms back and applies Primal Fear to the opponent for 3 sec. While this debuff is active, the opponent injures themself and loses power over time.
