Edenian Blood Rain develops Tidal Might from Soaked enemies and converts that setup into stronger specials with Lightning follow-up.
Strengths
Low Tide combines target displacement with Soaked, while his off-field Lightning assistance can support Outworld combo enders.
Weaknesses
The setup depends on maintaining Soaked and Low Tide's cooldown; using an empowered special before preparing the condition gives less of the intended payoff.

Edenian Blood allies shorten Low Tide's wait, and Outworld combo attackers use his assistance; choose teammates that fit the rotation you intend.
