Strengths
The stated instant-defeat condition provides a clear way to close a non-boss fight once the health threshold is met. His off-field assistance can also contribute when eligible allies enter.
Weaknesses
The special finish is once per match and explicitly excludes bosses. An enemy above the health threshold must be weakened first; the passive is not an unconditional execution.
