Use Amulet against opponents who inflict Stun or Slow when you do not have a stronger resistance accessory. Its value depends on facing those effects, so check the enemy team before equipping it.
Best users
Give it to the fighter you rely on to stay active and attack, especially if they have no immunity to Stun. A character already immune to both effects gains no extra protection from it.
When it is useful
It can prevent Stun from leaving your fighter unable to respond, but resistance is a chance, not a guarantee. It does not remove an effect that has already landed.
Best pairings
Pair it with health-boosting armour so the wearer has a better chance of surviving when resistance fails. Elemental Stones is an alternative for the same two effects; compare their bonuses at your current fusion levels.
