Give it to a fighter who regularly applies debuffs to create more opportunities for Death MarkDeath Mark. At fusion X, Noob Saibot MK11 is a good choice: his own specials apply marks that activate the weapon's extra damage and critical chance.
When it is useful
Before finishing a resurrecting enemy, check that Death MarkDeath Mark actually landed; the equipment's application is not guaranteed. For Blind, start with the wearer or tag them out before a vulnerable ally enters; missed enemy attacks can help, but are not assured.
Best pairings
On a diamond Noob Saibot, pair it with Abyssal Wraith's Shadow for Friendship and to bring back weakened enemies affected by Death Brand. At fusion X, additional critical damage also complements the critical chance gained from marks.
