Once the opponent's Health is below 25% and the Friendship bar is filled up by performing multiple Special Attacks, a Friendship can be performed, ending the fight immediately.

Best for
Use it against resurrecting opponents: Death Mark helps finish an enemy without another return. Teams that tag often also benefit from Blind on the wearer's exit, potentially giving the next teammate a safer opening.
Best users
Give it to a fighter who regularly applies debuffs to create more opportunities for Death Mark. At fusion X, MK11 Noob Saibot is a good choice: his own specials apply marks that activate the weapon's extra damage and critical chance.
When it is useful
Before finishing a resurrecting enemy, check that Death Mark actually landed; the equipment's application is not guaranteed. For Blind, start with the wearer or tag them out before a vulnerable ally enters; missed enemy attacks can help, but are not assured.
Best pairings
On a diamond Noob Saibot, pair it with Abyssal Wraith's Shadow for Friendship and to bring back weakened enemies affected by Death Brand. At fusion X, additional critical damage also complements the critical chance gained from marks.
