Use it in Fire teams and for Tower of Horror damage.
Best users
Give it to a fighter with Fire attacks or Fire DOT who benefits beyond the single entry burn.
When it is useful
Use power gained from self-Fire after entering; altered power generation does not automatically prevent Fire damage.
Best pairings
Healing or appropriate Fire protection helps the wearer survive self-burning, while frequent Fire attacks use the weapon's damage boost.
