Use Medallion against teams that apply Poison or Bleed. Against enemies using other damaging effects, its resistance does not address the threat.
Best users
Give it to a fighter without immunity to Poison and Bleed who needs protection from those effects. Check the character's passive before spending the accessory slot on resistance they already do not need.
When it is useful
It can stop Poison or Bleed from being applied, but neither outcome is guaranteed. It does not clear an existing effect or restore health already lost to it.
Best pairings
