3 times per match while below 40% Health, activated Energy applies Dragon Charge for 10 sec. During Dragon Charge Shao Kahn gains Sneak Attacks, a 15% Speed boost, and heals 4% of his Max Health per second, but cannot use Special Attacks or Fatal Blow. Once per match, full Energy prevents death by triggering Dragon Charge, instantly restoring 20% Max Health instead of healing over time.
