Use it in ice teams in the Kold Tower to attack a frozen target longer and follow with Frostbite to hinder power generation.
Best users
Sub-Zero or another frequent Freeze user suits it; without Freeze, much of its pre-fusion-X utility is unused.

Use the extra hits against a frozen target to prepare your offence; fusion-X entry Freeze helps handle the next opponent.
Best pairings
Fusion-X Kuai Liang's Scepter adds Bleed when hitting frozen enemies; basic-attack damage also benefits from the extended Freeze.
