Pulse cooldown: 15 seconds

While MK11 Frost is active, she charges an additional attack, "Time Freeze Pulse," every 15 seconds. Activating the Pulse grants her bonus health and power and significantly slows time around her for 6 seconds. Each hit on the opponent during the Pulse applies a stacking "Kinetics" effect. When time returns to normal, the opponent takes extra damage based on the total stacks. Special Attacks started while the Impulse is active apply Team Frostbite for 7 sec.

Synergy

MK11 teammates gain a chance to freeze the opponent on combo enders. Triborgs and Spec Ops characters gain 15% speed and 25% critical hit chance. All teammates of Frost deal 20% more damage with ice attacks.

Role

MK11 Frost combines sustained damage with team support. Keep her active long enough to charge Time Freeze Pulse, then use its short window to build Kinetics through repeated hits.

Strengths

The Pulse gives Frost health and power as well as an opportunity to attack while time is slowed. Starting a special during that window adds team Frostbite, so the same offensive sequence can also disrupt the opposing team's power generation.

Weaknesses

Frequent early tag-outs work against a passive that charges while Frost is active. Her payoff also depends on landing hits during the Pulse; losing that attack window means fewer Kinetics stacks.

Best teams

MK11 teammates can use the freeze chance on combo enders, while Triborgs and Spec Ops benefit from her speed and critical chance support. Teammates with ice attacks offer another way to use her damage bonus; choose allies whose attacks actually meet that condition.

Where to use

Use Frost in fights that give her time to stay active and prepare a Pulse. She suits teams built around repeated basic attacks and timed specials, with team Frostbite adding value when controlling several opponents matters.
