Weaknesses
The health removed is based on current health, so a nearly defeated target loses less. The tag-in removal does not work on bosses.
Best teams
Use a rotation partner who can capitalize on the reduced health and power after Raiden enters. Class support that recognizes Outworld or Martial Artists offers additional team-building options.
Where to use
Choose him for non-boss battles where repeated entries can soften dangerous active opponents. Do not transfer that strategy to a boss fight expecting the same percentage removal.
