Power Siphon: heavily siphons
Raiden's combo enders and special attacks do 20% damage to tagged-out opponents. While Raiden is active, he heavily siphons the opponent's power. Teammate's special attacks have a chance to Stun.

Injustice 2 Raiden applies continuous active-field power pressure while spreading part of his combo-ender and special damage to the bench. Keeping him active is a meaningful part of his control plan.
Strengths
He can weaken future opponents while fighting the current one. The power siphon pressures the active enemy between attacks rather than requiring every control attempt to be a separate special.
Weaknesses
His ongoing siphon requires him to stay active. Rotating him out frequently sacrifices that pressure, and bench damage still needs the stated combo enders or specials to connect with the offensive sequence.
Best teams
Allies can use his chance-based Stun support on specials. A teammate that can finish already softened bench opponents complements the damage he spreads during his active period.
Where to use
Choose him for multi-enemy attrition and matchups where restricting the active opponent's power matters. Balance rotation safety against the control lost when he leaves the field.
