Extra maximum health can help against damage that would otherwise finish the wearer. It does not heal damage already taken or protect against Stun and other debuffs.
Best pairings
Amulet or Medallion can add resistance to specific enemy effects from the accessory slot. Robes are an alternative armour with the same type of health bonus; compare their current fusion levels.
