Kabal Black Dragon, Tremor Black Dragon and Erron Black Black Dragon contribute to Kano's starting resources; Tremor also gives a damage payoff against the CrippleCripple or WeakenWeaken Kano can apply.
Where to use
He fits Black Dragon openings followed by sustained combo pressure. Use the current debuff immediately instead of assuming its short control period will survive a slow rotation.
