Strengths
His combo enders can weaken the enemy's offense or restrict specials while he attacks. Team-dependent starting power supports an opening plan without first spending time building every bar.
Weaknesses
The debuffs are brief, and the outcome can be Cripple or Weaken rather than a selected one. Non-Black-Dragon teammates do not provide the same starting benefits.
Best teams
Black Dragon Tremor gives a damage payoff against the Cripple or Weaken Kano can apply. Other Black Dragon teammates also contribute to Kano's starting resources.
Where to use
He fits Black Dragon openings followed by sustained combo pressure. Use the current debuff immediately instead of assuming its short control period will survive a slow rotation.
