Cripple is a negative control effect in Mortal Kombat Mobile that temporarily disables the opponent's Special Attacks. While it is active, SP1 and SP2 are unavailable, which cuts off key Special Attacks for many characters. Cripple does not prevent a Gold/Diamond X-Ray or Fatal Blow, and it does not stop a Silver character's Special 3.
Cripple can be applied by specific characters, equipment, and Kameos. Duration and triggers follow the source card. Use Applies, Immune to, and Resists below to find sources and protection. Do not confuse Cripple with Silence: Silence mainly shuts down SP1 and slows Power generation.
