Strengths
She can help surviving Outworld fighters recover after a costly exchange. Bleed immunity gives Kitana a personal defensive advantage in matchups built around that DOT.
Weaknesses
The regeneration depends on a defeat or enemy resurrection and takes time to deliver its healing. It is not an on-demand answer to a lethal attack before either trigger occurs.
Best teams
Use Outworld damage dealers that can secure eliminations and remain alive through the recovery period. Her Assassin dodge reduction adds a separate reason to select her against that opposing team.
Where to use
She is useful in attrition fights with repeated eliminations or enemy revivals. Keep an injured ally alive long enough to benefit from regeneration instead of treating its trigger as instant full recovery.
