Best Krypt Teams in MK Mobile
Prioritize a run you can finish with healthy fighters over a weekly multiplier you cannot safely carry. These are evergreen cores, not a promise to clear Khaotic difficulty at low fusion. Match your gear and difficulty, use consumables when needed, and preserve recovery options across encounters.
Core items are starting points, not a requirement to fill every slot with Tower Epics. Diamond builds allow four slots; these Gold builds fit three. Use current-tower damage and health gear in open slots, keeping weapon/armor/accessory restrictions and one copy per team.
Homelander, puppets and recovery
Why it works
Homelander supplies direct special damage, Noob creates a second fighting resource through Madness and minions, and Geras supports recovery and debuff reflection. These are complementary jobs rather than a promise that three expensive cards cannot lose. The normal plan keeps the team alive; sacrificing the Parental Figure for revenge is a separate, risky boss tactic whose random assignment and setup should never be hidden from the player.

Homelander American Treasure
RevolversRare
Man in ControlEpicNoob Saibot Darkest Knight
Rusty ChainsawRareGeras MK1
How to play
- Check which teammate is the Parental Figure before planning around Bonding.
- Apply Madness with Noob and stop the target escaping until the minion is created.
- Use Geras to stabilize health rather than trading away a support immediately.
- Against bosses prefer repeatable special damage; attempt revenge only when the setup is viable.
Strengths
- Direct damage without DOT dependence
- Minions absorb dangerous exchanges
- Recovery and debuff reflection
Weaknesses
- Rare characters and demanding gear.
- Random Parental Figure complicates revenge setups.
Possible replacements
Replace Geras MK1 with Joker Ace of Knaves: Gain equipment disruption against troublesome Klash builds but give up Geras’s recovery and reflection.
Strike Force rescue rotation
Why it works
Johnny supplies the sustained offense while Cassie’s entry drains enemy power and slows the active target. Scorpion keeps mistakes recoverable through saves and his own recovery, with the complete Strike Force trio improving the rescue package. This is a practical long-run team because rotating has an offensive purpose as well as a defensive one. Preserve Scorpion instead of treating his passive as permission to lose health carelessly.

Johnny Cage Strike Force
RevolversRareScorpion Strike Force
Rusty ChainsawRare
Soul MedallionRareCassie Cage Strike Force
Body ArmorRareHow to play
- Attack with Johnny and deny dangerous specials.
- Bring Cassie in when enemy reserves have accumulated power.
- Recover with Scorpion’s SP2 before the last opponent falls.
- Avoid spending every save early in a Survivor ladder.
Strengths
- Power denial on rotation
- Extra rescue value from full faction
- Recovery between dangerous exchanges
Weaknesses
- Losing Scorpion removes the main safety net.
- Slower than a dedicated DOT clear.
Possible replacements
Replace Cassie Cage Strike Force with Liu Kang Klassic: Gain Cripple but lose the full-faction rescue benefit and Cassie’s team drain.
MK11 Scorpion core
Why it works
Scorpion carries through rapid basic strings, repeated SP1 pressure and team Fire against susceptible enemies. Liu Kang makes each MK11 tag a window to attack through dodge and Blind, while Sub-Zero supplies the safety net that keeps an interrupted carry in the fight. Rotate deliberately: this composition has both direct damage and DOT, but its protection is limited and does not replace a properly fused attacker.
Recommended equipment
Four-slot Diamond build
Scorpion MK11
Liu Kang MK11
Sub-Zero MK11
How to play
- Start with Scorpion and connect basics before SP1.
- Tag to renew Liu Kang’s anti-dodge window instead of attacking evasion indefinitely.
- Keep Sub-Zero alive; use him to absorb pressure only when necessary.
- Against bosses, build direct damage and read immunity modifiers before relying on Fire.
Strengths
- Fast SP1 pressure
- Timed anti-dodge protection
- A defensive save for the carry
Weaknesses
- Damage depends heavily on Scorpion’s fusion.
- DOT healing opponents need an anti-heal answer.
Possible replacements
Replace Sub-Zero MK11 with Jade MK11: Replace the ice-clone safety net with healing from enemy DOT. Prefer Jade for attrition; she does not reproduce Sub-Zero’s save.
Klassic resistance with Liu Kang
Why it works
Liu Kang supplies Cripple on team tags and a strong active damage option, Smoke turns resistance investment into reflected debuffs, and Skarlet offers an independent recovery fighter. This mixed-rarity team is selected for modifier control rather than the Raiden entry burst of the all-Diamond Klassic lineup. It works best when resistance equipment is deliberately assigned and the player alternates the two fighters instead of allowing one damaged carry to absorb every exchange.

Liu Kang Klassic
RevolversRare
Witch's WardRareSmoke Klassic
Skarlet Klassic
Rusty ChainsawRare
Soul MedallionRareHow to play
- Give resistance gear to the fighter who will face the modifier.
- Rotate to renew Cripple and open safe attack windows.
- Use Liu Kang’s self-Fire recovery when permitted.
- Let Skarlet establish Anemia before relying on her SP2 healing.
Strengths
- Cripple and reflection together
- Two recovery-capable fighters
- Useful against debuff-heavy modifiers
Weaknesses
- Resistance needs equipment; not automatic immunity.
- Mixed rarity excludes the Diamond and Gold-only lists.
Frost speed and MK11 recovery
Why it works
Frost’s Spec Ops speed benefit improves Klassic Raiden’s attack rhythm, while her Pulse creates active damage windows of its own. Shang Tsung rewards MK11 knockouts with recovery, making Frost the preferred finisher when health matters. Raiden opens ordinary enemies and then hands the fight back. This differs from the Scorpion core: the win condition is accelerated direct pressure and Pulse timing, not repeated team Fire.
Recommended equipment
Core equipment; unlisted slots are open
How to play
- Use Raiden’s entry pressure against non-boss opponents.
- Give Frost time on the field to charge her Pulse.
- Fit connected hits and a special into the slowed-time window.
- Let Frost secure knockouts when Shang Tsung’s healing is needed.
Strengths
- Fast basic-attack rhythm
- Pulse burst windows
- MK11 knockout recovery
Weaknesses
- Raiden does not receive MK11-only healing.
- Pulse needs active field time.
Possible replacements
Replace Shang Tsung MK11 with Jade MK11: Switch knockout healing to DOT healing for the MK11 members; Raiden still does not gain MK11-only benefits.
Onslaught endurance
Why it works
Sub-Zero provides a damage-focused front line with Cryoshell insurance. Jax turns accumulated Heat into a chosen teammate’s recovery, and Fujin reduces enemy attack through his controlled Tornado option. That makes the trio a Gold answer to repeated attrition rather than a pure speed team. Its value depends on using the extra abilities actively; leaving the team on autopilot can waste the healing and control that justify these three slots.
Recommended equipment
Core equipment; unlisted slots are open
How to play
- Use Sub-Zero for regular pressure but do not spend Cryoshell deliberately.
- Build Jax’s Heat and heal the member who needs it most.
- Choose Fujin’s Tornado when reducing attack matters more than a random bonus.
- Recover before ending a Krypt or Survivor fight.
Strengths
- Targeted teammate healing
- Cryoshell safety net
- Enemy attack reduction
Weaknesses
- Requires active meter management.
- Gold rarity does not make the trio easy to fuse.
Outworld Poison and recovery
Why it works
Reptile provides Poison pressure and a self-healing special, Mileena amplifies damage over time, and Kitana supplies recovery for the Outworld trio after enemy defeats. The result is an attrition team with an actual recovery plan, useful when Poison can suppress enemy healing. It is intentionally distinct from the Fire speed team: keeping health between encounters is part of the win condition, and Poison immunity can remove a large part of its value.

Reptile Klassic
Rusty ChainsawRare
Soul MedallionRareMileena Ravenous
RevolversRareKitana Day ot the Dead
Bladed FanRareHow to play
- Apply Poison before relying on damage over time.
- Fight with Reptile and use SP2 for recovery when allowed.
- Preserve Kitana for healing across subsequent knockouts.
- Check Poison immunity before entering a long fight.
Strengths
- Poison pressure
- Reptile self-recovery
- Outworld knockout healing
Weaknesses
- Poor default for DOT-immune bosses.
- Both healing and DOT can be countered.
Possible replacements
Replace Kitana Day ot the Dead with Jade Day of the Dead: Trade team recovery for Ghost Shield defense when preventing a burst matters more.
MK1 Fire and Ice
Why it works
Scorpion handles aggressive attack windows, Kenshi provides a different control rhythm, and MK1 Sub-Zero adds an ice-based recovery plan. Freeze protection and the MK1 Frostbite benefit make this trio particularly relevant to hostile ice matchups. It is a new-card recommendation based more strongly on verified mechanics than long-running consensus. Learn the individual meters before expecting the team to match an already fused, familiar MK11 lineup.
Recommended equipment
Core equipment; unlisted slots are open
How to play
- Build Scorpion’s pressure without spending every defensive resource.
- Use Kenshi when the opponent interrupts Scorpion’s rhythm.
- Charge Sub-Zero’s Bloodchill and use Blizzard specials for recovery.
- Do not interpret elemental protection as immunity to all damage.
Strengths
- Freeze protection
- Multiple active damage options
- Blizzard recovery
Weaknesses
- New Sub-Zero is difficult to fuse.
- Meter management demands manual play.
Possible replacements
Replace Sub-Zero MK1 with Geras MK1: An established recovery alternative with debuff reflection, but without Sub-Zero’s Freeze and Frostbite protections.
