Strengths
The pre-entry Tarkatan attack prepares Bleed and Stun pressure before Mileena's normal exchange. Her damage support applies across the team, allowing another fighter to remain the main DOT attacker.
Weaknesses
The team bonus depends on the named DOTs actually dealing damage. An opponent that negates the relevant effect can remove much of the reason for dedicating a slot to that amplification.
