Passive

Insanity Is Contagious
Minion’s Unblockable Attack Chance: 50%
Opponent’s miss chance against Minion: 50%

On tag-in and on successful Fatal Blow, Darkest Knight Noob Saibot infects the current opponent with Madness, which lasts 9 sec. Madness increases all incoming damage to the opponent, and reduces all damage dealt by the victim.

Additionally, upon the first use of Special Attack 2 at the start of the match and after each tag-in, Noob can choose its combat effect from Cripple, Slow, or Shield.

If the opponent is knocked out or won’t tag out before the Madness ends, Noob creates a Minion Clone of them and can swap with him via the Puppet Master ability. Swapping with the Minion cannot be prevented, but the Minion can swap only with Noob. The Minion has a 50% unblockable attack chance and a 50% chance that any opponent’s attack against him will miss.

Team Passive

Darkest Knight Noob Saibot and his teammates cannot be hit by opponents’ tag attacks.
When any Netherrealm teammate (including Noob) receives fatal damage, the Minion is sacrificed instead of them, and the saved teammate gains 25% of his max health. Works once per match.
For each additional Netherrealm teammate, Noob gains additional Minion sacrifice.

Role

Darkest Knight Noob Saibot uses Madness to weaken a target and prepare a Minion. The clone then becomes both a combat alternative and a potential rescue resource for Netherrealm allies.

Strengths

Madness improves the damage exchange in both directions. Team protection against tag attacks also gives a specific answer to opponents whose entries are themselves dangerous.

Weaknesses

The target can avoid the timed clone condition by leaving before Madness ends unless it is defeated first. Minion sacrifices are limited and require the relevant prepared resource.

Best teams

Additional Netherrealm teammates increase the available sacrifice count. A tag-out restriction can help keep the Madness target present until the clone condition is met.

Where to use

He suits tag-attack threats and fights where preparing a clone can protect a key ally. Choose the second-special effect around the current need for Cripple, Slow or Shield.
